The pools, the staff, the spacious apartment, the variety of meals – simply delightful!

good location but food needs variety

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help us. The pools were well-maintained and clean, making them a hit with the kids. We loved the surprise of Christmas gifts for our children, which added a special touch to our stay. We enjoyed the spacious layout of our apartment, providing a comfortable home base during our 11 nights.

The meals over our stay were repetitive and could have offered more variety.

We had a 1-bedroom apartment that was spacious, but the bed settees were pretty uncomfortable. We did have a fridge, but it felt like the kitchen space was overhyped since there were no utensils or a microwave, just two cups. The bathroom was okay, though getting hot water took a minute. Our room was clean, but no sunlight came in, so it was dark all day. Plus, we could hear noise from the entertainment area, which was annoying at times.
